This was hands down the best experience of our holiday. The staff were so helpful- even though we arrived late they managed to accommodate us so we still got our flight. It was so much fun. While waiting for your tour you get to sit in the lounge which has comfy couches and free tea coffee and bottled water. It was safe and comfy. The staff were so helpful at reassuring us as we were nervous. Shout out to the older gentleman who put our harnesses on. He was so funny and made our nervousness minimum! We opted for an off door experience and wow it did not disappoint Would recommend to anyone to try this Thanks again Charlene and Sarah - all the way from Scotland

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Experience with FlyNYON Our experience with FlyNYON was absolutely amazing and ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to New York City. Due to weather conditions, we unfortunately had to reschedule multiple times over the previous two days. However, the FlyNYON team handled everything flawlessly. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and they were incredibly accommodating and patient while working with us to find a new time. Thankfully, they were able to make it work on our final day before heading to the airport, and we’re so grateful they did. The experience itself was unforgettable. A special thank you to Luis, Ali, and our pilot Adam. Luis helped ensure everything ran smoothly, Ali had the great recommendation for jackets (which we definitely needed!) and even played music that helped keep my wife calm before the flight — a really thoughtful touch. And of course, Adam provided a safe flight and an absolutely incredible aerial experience. The views were breathtaking and the entire team made us feel comfortable, safe, and excited from start to finish. If you’re visiting NYC, I highly recommend FlyNYON. It’s an experience you’ll never forget.

Went as a birthday adventure and it truly worth it!!!!! The staff from start to finish was polite, courteous and professional. Views were fantastic and the ride was smooth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Luis gave us great advice and answered all our questions.

Where to start?? Well I never planned to do a helicopter ride this trip as I’m on a budget then I seen the 99$ deal (50$ booking fee added) I thought yea I’ll squeeze my budget a little and by god I’m so happy I did!! I didn’t initially realise the heli pad was in new jersey so making my way from manhattan was a bit of a pain and I was thinking while waiting in the room for an hour before was all the travel and waiting about worth it for just 20 mins in the air??? Sort answer… YES, DO IT! I wish I had the funds this trip to do the maximum air time but maybe next time! Credit to the in shop team who were very welcoming and the the pilot/guide Mike who was phenomenal. I’m a driver/guide in the Scottish highlands and know a good guide when I see one! 100/10 experience, for some it’s a once in a life time but for me I will definitely be back!!

Had a great experience with them. Customer service was amazing and friendly. They work with you when you arrive to discuss what you want to see and where to go. Our pilot was great, weather was perfect and the views are worth it.
