The biggest summer of international soccer in a generation is coming to MetLife Stadium. Eight matches will be played there between June 11 and July 19, including one of the biggest finals on the global sports calendar. If you flew into New York for any of them, you have time on your hands in a city most people only see in movies.
FlyNYON's helipad in Kearny, NJ is about ten miles from MetLife Stadium. If you're already on this side of the river for a match, you're already most of the way to one of the only helicopter tours in the country that flies over Manhattan with the doors removed.
The good news for visiting fans: our standard off-peak pricing fits a tournament schedule almost perfectly. $99 per seat Monday through Friday from 12–4 PM. $149 per seat Saturday and Sunday, same window. No promo code, no fine print — those are the published prices on our calendar.
Most people visiting New York for the first time end up doing the same checklist. Times Square, a ferry ride to The Statue of Liberty, or a long walk through Central Park.
But all of that takes hours.
You could see it all in just 30 minutes, from the best seat in the city: an open-door helicopter.
The view people remember is the one they didn't know they were going to get. Manhattan from 2,000 feet, seen through an open helicopter door, with the Hudson on one side and the East River on the other. It's the view from every NYC postcard you've ever seen, except you're actually there, and the helicopter banks toward One World Trade Center while you're holding your phone out the door.
If you've come from Argentina or Brazil or Germany or Morocco for the matches, you didn't fly halfway around the world to do what everyone else does. The skyline tour is the part of the trip your friends back home will ask about.
Closer than most things in New York. Our helipad is in Kearny, NJ, which is about 10 miles south of MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford. On a non-match day, that's a 15-minute drive. On a match day with traffic, plan for longer — but the same is true of getting to and from the stadium itself.
A lot of visiting fans are renting cars or using rideshare to get to MetLife anyway. Tacking on a flight before or after a match is one of the easier logistics of the whole trip.
FlyNYON's full-price doors-on flights start at $455 per seat. Our doors-off experience runs $603 to $1,099 depending on flight length. Those are peak prices.
Off-peak is when we have open seats during lower-demand windows and would rather fill them than fly empty. The pricing speaks for itself:
No code. No checkout trick. You go to the booking page, pick a midday slot in those windows, and you'll see the off-peak price right there on the calendar.
The flight itself is identical to a peak-priced ride. Same helicopter. Same route over Manhattan. Same Statue of Liberty, same Brooklyn Bridge, same Central Park from above. The only difference is the time of day you took off.
For a group of four traveling together, weekday off-peak comes out to under $400 total before taxes. That's about what dinner for four costs in midtown.
The standard FlyNYON route covers the parts of New York that international visitors actually want to see:
The flight runs about 16 minutes for the short experience and 30 minutes for the classic. Either is enough to come away with the photos you came for.
Match days at MetLife run from June 11 through July 19, 2026, with games scattered throughout that window.
A few practical notes:
Head to our New York booking page, pick a date, and choose a 12 PM – 4 PM slot for off-peak pricing. $99 per seat weekdays, $149 per seat weekends. The price you see is the price you pay.
If you have questions about timing around a specific match, group bookings, or anything else — call 1-855-696-6247 or check the FAQ. The team is used to handling international visitors and can help with logistics if you're coming from abroad.
See you in the air. Enjoy the matches.
