My boyfriend surprised me with a FlyNYON helicopter ride for my birthday, and it was unforgettable! We originally booked the 15-minute ride but got a discount to upgrade to the 30-minute doors-off flight, and it was so worth it. Seeing all of NYC from above was breathtaking, and the pilot was incredible. I even got to sit shotgun, which made the experience even more special. Highly recommend for an unforgettable adventure!

We chose a 28-min flight which was absolutely amazing!!! Highly recommended! Also, shout out to Melissa—thank you for the kind welcome and the smooth check-in. And a huge thanks to our pilot (I forgot his name, but he was incredibly kind and professional) for making the experience even more wonderful!

Great overall experience and service! Due to weather conditions, my flight needed to be rescheduled, but the FlyNYON team always reached out to me in a timely manner. The team that helped us put on the harnesses and driving us to the takeoff zone was great. Darren, our pilot, was very professional. Christina at the counter was awesome as she helped me get my Uber back home. I will soon be back for sure!

Every childhood dream of mine in one! 😁 I strongly recommend the open door helicopter tour with all of my being. It is an unforgettable experience to see Manhattan from all the good angles, directly below you with your feet dangling out! FlyNYON are very well organized, efficient, and appeared to be very safety focused in all of their operations in the ground and in the air. Everyone - from the front desk to the harness guy to the shuttle driver to the helicopter pilot - was very friendly, respectful and fun. The pilot was very professional, a smooth flyer, and everything about it felt safe. The views were just stunning. The pictures don't really do it justice!

My husband and I LOVED this experience! 100% recommended. Team was excellent, will be coming back! FYI-please be aware, they normally assign seats based on weight and the type of ticket you purchased! They have a shoe selfie warranty, you can either get a seat next to a door or on the other side that doesn’t have a door, BOTH seats are “Shoe Selfie” seats

Great experience ! we were on stand-by mode because of the wind but that was totally understandable for safety :) and we ended up going as soon as it was safe to do so! shout out to our pilot Daran who was very professional and kind ! he managed to make a smooth flight, even with the wind! and he was very nice before, during and after the flight. make sure to come 1h15 ahead of time, and to have your photo ID. also have your order number, they will ask for it :)

The fact that booking three months in advance ended up being more expensive than booking on the same day was quite hard to accept. In addition, the ground staff’s service was mediocre. phone calls were often unanswered, and email responses were noticeably slow. On a positive note, the pilot was very professional and extremely friendly. Unfortunately, due to poor weather in New York, my originally scheduled open-door flight was changed to a closed-door flight. Furthermore, my night flight was rescheduled to early morning. During winter, it’s difficult to experience the sunset, the nights are too cold, and the morning views are fairly underwhelming. Overall, it seems that helicopter rides are more suitable for the summer season.

No doubts, the most incredible experience you could do in NYC. FLYNYON team is so professional and sufficient. Really thankful for their help to use 3 years old tickets, that were cancelled due to snow storm. Couldn’t even expect it’ll be so magnificent and unforgettable. Thank you! Highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience with FlyNyon! Melissa helped us when we first arrived, and helped us upgrade to a longer flight. The flight itself was unreal, being able to have your feet outside the helicopter is a surreal experience, but made for some brilliant photos. The safety procedures were really thorough and we were made to feel really safe throughout. I would definitely recommend FlyNyon to anyone looking for a really unique experience in NYC!
