NYON SkyClub Terms and Conditions

NYON SkyClub provides a subscription membership service that allows our members to access members-only discounts on FlyNYON and New York On Air Helicopter Photo Flights and members-only events.

Free Trials and Billing

Your SkyClub membership may begin with a free trial. The duration of the free trial period of your membership will be specified during activation and is intended to allow new and certain former members to try the service. Free trial eligibility is determined by NYONair at its sole discretion and we may limit eligibility or duration to prevent free trial abuse. We reserve the right to revoke the free trial and put your account on hold in the event that we determine that you are not eligible. Members of households with an existing or recent SkyClub membership are not eligible. We may use information such as device ID, method of payment, phone number, or an account email address used with an existing or recent membership to determine eligibility. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply. We will charge the membership fee for your next billing cycle to your Primary Payment Method at the end of the free trial period and your SkyClub membership will automatically renew unless you cancel your membership prior to the end of the free trial period. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you.

Changes To The Terms and Conditions

Occasionally we may make changes to the Terms and Conditions. When we make material changes to the Terms and Conditions, we’ll provide you with notice as appropriate under the circumstances, e.g., by displaying a prominent notice within the Service or by sending you an email. In some cases, we will notify you in advance, and your continued SkyClub Membership Status after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes. Please therefore make sure you read any such notice carefully. If you do not wish to continue using the Service under the new version of the Terms and Conditions, you may terminate your account by emailing skyclub@nyonair.com.
